Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kiyoathletics.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please note:

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or misuse may be refused.
All original packaging, labels, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kiyoathletics.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Any item returned outside the 14-day return period.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once your return has been processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
