Recovery Is Part of the Training

Every workout challenges your body—but it's during recovery that your body becomes stronger.

This week, focus on recovering just as intentionally as you train.

Week 8 Challenge:

  •  Stay hydrated throughout the day.

  •  Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep.

  •  Stretch for 10–15 minutes after every workout.

  •  Take one active recovery day with a light walk or mobility work.

  •  Fuel your body with protein and nutrient-rich foods.

Remember:
Progress doesn't happen only in the gym—it happens when your body has the opportunity to recover and rebuild.
